Research in Motion (RIM) as the BlackBerry mobile phone manufacturer still has a big name in Indonesia. At the very least, it can be seen from the award Customer Satisfaction Award 2012.
The award was given because RIM has been providing good after-sales service to its customers. RIM Indonesia through The marketing director, Eka Anwar said that the award ICSA 2012 is an illustration of RIM's commitment to providing the best services to the users of BlackBerry mobile phones.
The award is indeed quite unique. As is known, in 2012, the BlackBerry Messenger (BBM) which is the mainstay of the RIM service was down several times, in the notes to the Ministry of Communication and Information, the service has been down for three times in 2012. Even down service not only in Indonesia, but overall in the Asia Pacific region.
